How to get the most out of this
Score each question honestly on the 0–5 scale, then tick any red flags that are genuinely true — they override the comfort of a decent score. For the fullest picture, do what the workshop version of this index does: complete it yourself as a TA/People leader, then ask a senior hiring manager to complete it independently, and compare totals. If TA scores higher than the business, the process may exist but managers don't experience it as reliable. If the business scores higher than TA, managers may be bypassing processes — or not seeing the compliance, visibility and cost risks TA is carrying. Nothing you score here is stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to submit the results form.
