Vermelo is ISO 9001 certified: recertified June 2026
Update, June 2026: Vermelo's quality management system passed a full recertification audit in June 2026 valid and remains certified to ISO 9001:2015 until 2029. The original announcement follows.
Vermelo RPO, part of the GWV Talent Solutions Ltd group, has been certified to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management systems. Certification means an independent, accredited body has audited how we run our recruitment and talent services, from taking a brief to placing and onboarding a candidate, and confirmed that the processes are documented, followed, measured and improved.
For the people who work here, it is recognition of a lot of unglamorous work on how things get done and how we know they got done properly. For clients, it is independent evidence of something we would otherwise only be able to assert.
That matters in our line of work. In Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Provider arrangements and embedded talent partnerships, a client is handing part of its hiring to someone else. They need to know the process will be run the same way every time, that candidate data is handled securely, that checks are completed and recorded, and that when something goes wrong it is caught and fixed. A certified quality management system is how we show that, and the annual audits are how we keep showing it.
Certification does not replace the measures we report to every client on the work itself; how we set those, and how to hold any provider to them, is in how to review your RPO partner. It sits underneath them, as the assurance that the process producing the numbers is a sound one.
